1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the Mellu mobile application (the "App"), you accept and agree to be bound by and abide by the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Age Requirement

Mellu is rated 18+ and is intended exclusively for users 18 years of age and older. By using this App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. We reserve the right to terminate your account if we discover you are under 18 years of age.

3. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Mellu's App for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

Modify or copy the materials.
Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display.
Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the App.
Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials.
Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server.
Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

4. Content Standards

Zero Tolerance Policy: Mellu maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy for prohibited content. Violations will result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action.

Users agree not to post, upload, or share any content that:

Is illegal, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
Violates any intellectual property rights or privacy rights of others.
Contains hate speech, discrimination, or harassment based on protected characteristics.
Depicts, encourages, or promotes violence, self-harm, or illegal activities.
Contains sexually explicit material or child exploitation content.
Constitutes spam, phishing, or malicious code.
Impersonates any person or entity.
Violates community standards and guidelines.

5. Content Moderation

Mellu employs automated systems and human moderators to review user-generated content. We reserve the right to:

Remove any content that violates these Terms of Service.
Suspend or terminate user accounts that repeatedly violate community standards.
Report illegal content to appropriate authorities.
Cooperate with law enforcement investigations.

6. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
All activities that occur under your account.
Ensuring that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.
Complying with all applicable laws and regulations.
Respecting the rights and dignity of other users.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

The App and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio) are owned by Mellu, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. User-Generated Content

By uploading content to Mellu, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content in connection with the App and our business. You retain all rights to your original content and are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share it.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Mellu, nor its directors, employees, or agents, be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the App or the materials contained therein.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mellu and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim, demand, loss, or damage arising out of or related to your use of the App or violation of these Terms of Service.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including if you breach the Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

12. Modifications to Terms

Mellu reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the App. Your continued use of the App following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements we may enter into are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Mellu operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

15. Severability
